What are the age, height, and weight limits for the Pack N Play?
The Pack N Play accommodates children up to 30 pounds and under 35 inches tall. It is recommended for infants and toddlers from 0 to 2 years of age, and use should be discontinued once a child is able to climb out.
How do you properly set up and lock the Pack N Play?
Keep the center floor hub pulled upward while lifting and locking all four top rails until they click into place. Pushing the floor down before the rails are clicked prevents the hinges from engaging properly. Once all four rails are locked, press the center floor hub down flat.
Can I add an extra mattress or topper to the Pack N Play?
No, you should only use the included firm mattress pad that fastens securely to the base. Safe sleep standards strictly advise against adding supplemental mattresses, pillows, or thick pads due to suffocation risks. Standard 27-by-39-inch playard sheets can be used over the pad.
Can the Pack N Play be taken onto the beach?
The Pack N Play is designed for indoor use and should be kept away from beach sand. Sand entering the push-button rail latches and frame joints can permanently jam the locking mechanisms and prevent the unit from collapsing or locking.
