FAQs about Pack N Play rentals near Brunswick County, NC
What are the height and weight limits for the Pack N Play?
The Pack N Play is suitable for children up to 25 to 30 pounds or 35 inches in height. Discontinue use as soon as your child hits either limit or begins attempting to climb out.
Can I add an extra mattress or mattress topper to the Pack N Play?
No, you must only use the firm mattress base provided with the unit. Adding supplemental mattresses, foam toppers, or thick bedding creates a serious suffocation risk and violates safety standards.
How do I properly set up and lock the Pack N Play frame?
Snap all four top rails into their locked position before pushing down the center floor handle. If the center floor is pressed down first, the rail latches will not engage.
Can the Pack N Play be used outdoors on the beach?
Yes, but it must be kept in full shade and protected from loose sand. The unit does not include a sun canopy, and sand entering the hinge joints can jam the push-button folding mechanisms.
What accessories are included with the Pack N Play rental?
Each rental includes the main folding frame with mesh sides, the folding mattress base, and a zippered travel carry bag. It does not include an elevated bassinet insert, diaper changer topper, or sheets (it fits standard 27" x 39" playard sheets).
Do I need to be present when my Pack N Play is delivered in Brunswick County, NC?
No, you do not need to be present for delivery. Equipment will be delivered to your rental home (ground-level) on your selected delivery date by {deliveryTime}.
Where should I leave the Pack N Play on pickup day?
Place the packed item in its original ground-level drop-off location by {pickupTime} on your pickup date. Please ensure it is accessible to our driver and not locked inside a garage, closet, or screened porch.
