What are the age and weight limits for the Pack N Play?
The Pack N Play is designed for newborns and toddlers up to 30 pounds or 35 inches tall. Use should be discontinued once a child meets either limit or begins attempting to climb out.
How do I set up the Pack N Play at my rental?
Pull all four top rails upward until they lock firmly into place before pushing down the center floor hub. If you push the center floor down first, the side rails will not lock.
How do I fold the Pack N Play back up?
Pull the red center floor loop upward before pressing the release buttons on the side rails. The rails will not unlatch if the floor hub remains pushed down.
Can I use an extra mattress or pad in the Pack N Play?
No, only the included firm factory mattress pad should be used. Adding extra padding, foam mattresses, or pillows introduces a serious suffocation hazard. Standard 27-by-36-inch fitted playard sheets can be used over the pad.
Can I take the Pack N Play onto the beach at Holden Beach?
No, the Pack N Play is designed strictly for indoor use. Beach sand gets trapped inside the push-button latches and folding joints, which can permanently damage the locking mechanisms.
How does delivery work for my Holden Beach rental?
We deliver the Pack N Play directly to the ground-level area of your Holden Beach rental home on your arrival date. You do not need to be present at the house for delivery.
Where should I leave the Pack N Play when my rental ends?
Place the folded Pack N Play back in its original ground-level drop-off location before your scheduled pickup time. Ensure it is placed outside of locked garages, closets, or screened porches so our driver can easily retrieve it.
