Bocce Ball Set Rental

The set includes 4 green balls, 4 red balls, 1 white pallino (target ball), a distance measuring device, and a soft zippered carrying case. The balls are full-size at 100mm (3.9 inches) in diameter and feature etched patterns to help identify throws.

Yes, it works well on flat, packed sand as well as grass lawns and dirt courts. Avoid throwing or rolling the balls on concrete, asphalt, or jagged rocks, as impact with hard pavement can chip or crack the poly-resin composite material.

The set supports 2 to 8 players. Matches are typically played between two teams of one to four players each, with each team throwing four color-coded balls per frame.

Each ball weighs roughly 2.2 to 2.4 pounds, and the entire set in its carrying case weighs nearly 20 pounds. Because these are solid, weighted composite balls requiring underhand rolls and tosses, the set is recommended for players ages 14 and older.

No, you do not need to be present for delivery. Your equipment will be delivered to the ground level of your rental home on your selected delivery date by {deliveryTime}.

Please wipe off any excess sand or moisture, pack all components into the carrying bag, and place the set in its original ground-level delivery location by {pickupTime} on your pickup date. Make sure the gear is accessible and not placed behind locked gates, in garages, or inside screened porches.

The firm, flat sand near the tide line on Brunswick County beaches and level rental cottage yards provide great playing surfaces. Playing around low tide gives you plenty of open, smooth space for rolling without soft sand stopping the balls immediately.
